Corruption

I have had the unfortunate circumstance of dealing with 2 government entities over the past few months. Their demands have been very high, thanks to their having lost reserves due to a recent financial tumult!

Right Hand - Left Hand

Sometimes the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing! Why should one department of a company ask a client to produce a copy of a document issued by another department when they have the same on their system?

Trust

When we impose restrictions on children about usage of electronic gadgets, how do we convey to them that it is not an issue where we don't trust them, but the way things should be.

Studies

Getting children to stick to a schedule is a challenge. Letting them know that they have the potential to do better is the key.
Somebody wanted noise cancellation devices to be placed along our roads to reduce noise pollution. Should we work towards less vehicles on the road by improving public transport and more civil behavior on the part of the motorists in that they don't honk unnecessarily.

Run

Today's run was 4.44 mi at 15:22 pace. Felt good.

Long Run

Ran 19.48 mi at 15:19 pace yesterday. It was a mix of the long Mahalakshmi Layout loop (about 3 mi) and the shorter Nagapura loop (about 1.5 mi).
Felt extremely tired towards the end. Maybe i should eat something substantial before start.

About Running - Again!

Ran 4.16 mi at 16:15 pace today.
Felt like going back to bed at 5 am as there was a niggle in the R heel. However pushed myself and happy that it didnot get worse.
May have to change the shoes to prevent that.
Have noticed pace is better after rest day and decreases with consecutive days of training. Here is how it was over the past few days.
