About Running - Again!

Ran 4.16 mi at 16:15 pace today.
Felt like going back to bed at 5 am as there was a niggle in the R heel. However pushed myself and happy that it didnot get worse.
May have to change the shoes to prevent that.
Have noticed pace is better after rest day and decreases with consecutive days of training. Here is how it was over the past few days.
